Job Description
Join AspenTech as a Technical Support Engineer to resolve customer technical support problems and provide consultation with AspenTech Engineering software. Experience with process modeling and simulation tools is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering
- 1-3 yrs of relevant experience
- Experience with process modeling, simulation tools (Aspen Plus/ Aspen HYSYS etc.)
- Hands-on problem-solving skills with a drive to deliver quality work
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work in diverse teams and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
