Job Description
Aspida is seeking an Operations Associate to focus on distributor satisfaction and building strong relationships. This role involves managing correspondence, providing technical support, and assisting producers with Aspida products and services. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Must have NC Life License.
- Must have Annuity and Qualified Plan experience or comparable insurance sales/financial services experience.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and maintain positive energy.
- Strong PC skills including all Microsoft Office Software.
- Demonstrate dependability and reliability.
- Strong, empathetic leadership.
- Experience working on multiple projects at once.
