Aspida is seeking an Operations Associate to evaluate and resolve life and annuity claims. The role involves processing claims, reviewing coverage, and handling payments or denials, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining quality standards. Requirements
- Evaluate and determine claim coverage for benefits.
- Verify and analyze data to ensure valid claims and settlements.
- Establish claim reserves and authorize payments.
- Enter claim payments, reserves, and new claims on computer programs.
- Maintain claim files and report irregularities.
- Work with teammates and supervisors to meet claimant needs.
- Comply with HIPAA and other corporate policies.
