General Labor, Bakery-Sanitation - 2nd Shift

We're seeking a Sanitation Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant facility at our Van Nuys, CA bakery, executing sanitation processes that support food safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all buildings
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, refrigeration units, proofers, freezers, and spiral coolers
• Execute exterior facility cleaning
• Manage and restock sanitation and restroom supplies
• Safely store, handle, and oversee cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment
• Support food safety, quality, legality, and regulatory compliance standards
