At Aspire Bakeries, we're looking for a hard-working Production Lead to coordinate and guide production and packing teams to ensure safe, efficient operations while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, assign, and coordinate team members
• Working knowledge of production equipment and processes
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation and system data entry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
