Requirements

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of maintenance staff
• Assign maintenance, repair, and renovation work
• Monitor and inspect contracted work
• Ensure reliable weekly startup of all production areas
• Estimate labor requirements and allocate resources
• Interpret maintenance specifications, technical documents, and job orders
• Recommend and implement improvements to equipment performance
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement solutions to prevent issue recurrence
• Enhance changeover efficiency and reduce downtime
• Lead continuous improvement of preventative and predictive maintenance programs
