Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital projects from concept through commissioning, driving safety, reliability, and operational excellence across our bakery network.
Requirements
- Lead engineering projects from Basis of Design through commissioning to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget execution
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor evaluation to support capital program success
- Manage stakeholder communication, progress reporting, and project documentation
- Guide contractor oversight and ensure successful transition of assets to Operations and Maintenance teams
- Support multi-site operations with small-scope projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to multiyear capital planning, forecasting, and spend reporting
- Serve as a maintenance SME to develop engineering solutions for recurring failures or inefficiencies
