Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a FSQA Supervisor to join their team at their Swedesboro, NJ bakery. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in food processing, food safety, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food regulations and standards, monitoring department KPIs, and supervising FSQA technicians.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in food processing, food safety, and quality assurance
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in food science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of HARPC, HACCP, USDA, FDA regulations
- Experience with GFSI, BRC, SQF audits
- PCQI and HACCP training preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and statistical programs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
