We are looking for a Buyer/Purchasing Administrator to join a small but friendly team. The role requires 1+ years of buying/purchasing experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of buying/purchasing experience
- Ideally buying components rather than finished products
- Interest in manufacturing and manufacturing environment
- Inquisitive and motivated to learn
- Ability to work on own initiative and be a quick learner
- IT literate and able to use ERP software package and MRP
- Good Excel experience, including V lookups, and Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to ask lots of questions to learn and develop
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
