Job Description
Aspire is seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join their team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). DSPs assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, providing support with daily activities and advocating for their needs. They help develop independence and create a positive environment.
Requirements
- Proof of High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, with 5 years of driving experience, and an acceptable driving record
- Pass required criminal background checks
- Must pass required I9 documents
