Job Description
Aspire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) homes. The DSP will assist with daily living activities, foster independence, and promote community integration. This role requires patience, respect, and a commitment to creating a positive living environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, additional training or certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Prior experience in direct care
- Proficiency in utilizing technology
