Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in the administration of Compensation Programs
- Solid analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to HR, Compensation & Benefits
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially the use of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, IF functions, etc.)
