Accounts Payable Analyst

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining proper documentation for financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma (required)
• Three to five years of Accounts Payables experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 is an asset
• Proficient with Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc.)
• Adept at working with digital tools and applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while working in a time sensitive environment
