Accounts Payable Analyst

Blue Ant Media is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to work in the accounts payable department. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and good judgment, and will be responsible for processing, verifying and reconciling invoices, and ensuring timely payment processing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in an accounts payable department
• Knowledge of cloud accounting systems, ideally NetSuite and MS Office/SharePoint
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills to be able to handle a large volume of invoices and payments
• Strong time management skills and flexibility to tackle various priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills with customer-focused mindset, dealing with all levels of employees and vendors
• Ability to resolve problems and implement solutions
• Willingness to work effectively independently and as a strong team player, establishing cooperative working relationships
