Job Description
HR Adviser position at HID Global, responsible for onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration, requiring a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or equivalent, 3-5 years’ professional experience, and ability to communicate in Dutch and English.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ professional experience in an HR Officer or Adviser position
- Ability to effectively communicate in the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
- Good working knowledge of Dutch Employment Law and its practical application
- Knowledge of the CAO Metalektro would be considered a strong asset
- Familiar with using HRIS systems, SAP SuccessFactors and ADP would be an advantage
- Experienced in working on own initiative and in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at navigating and influencing through a matrixed organization
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant stakeholders
