Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills at all levels within the organization
• Ability to prioritize projects and changing priorities
• Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality with privileged information
• Comfortable working with MS Office, HRIS platforms, and video conferencing tools
