The IT Infrastructure Operations Manager will lead and support manufacturing-focused IT operations within the Corbin Russwin facility at ASSA ABLOY. The role will ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, business systems, and operational technologies.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team
- Define, document, and optimize IT processes to streamline operations and enhance system reliability
- Oversee all IT infrastructure and business systems, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with evolving technology needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business requirements, system objectives, and process improvements
- Serve as a bridge between end users, IT Analysts, Business Analysts, and external partners to guide system analysis, configuration, testing, and support
- Strategically plan, organize, and manage plant IT infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and support manufacturing needs
- Ensure data integrity, network reliability, and robust backup and security protocols are in place
- Align end user needs to support business strategy and performance
- Identify and proactively resolve system issues and operational risks
- Conduct system audits, analyze findings, and implement corrective actions to strengthen system performance
- Maintain asset control, information security standards, and technology governance structures
- Implement cost-effective IT solutions that optimize resource utilization and operational value
- Develop and manage team performance through KPIs and metrics, leveraging the ServiceNow platform
- Research new technologies to further enhance IT operations as we continue to scale the business
