We're seeking an IT Service Relationship Manager to help shape how IT services are adopted across a global organization. As a key member of the Service Management Office, you'll drive communication, collaboration, and adoption of service management ways of working across IT teams.
Requirements
- Experience or strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks
- Background in service delivery, IT operations coordination, or ITSM support roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
