IT Technical Analyst

We're seeking an experienced IT Technical Analyst to support our Sales organization and respond to network, hardware, software issues, or other end-user-related problems in a timely fashion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related curricula such as Information Technology or similar
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of IT support experience
• Experience with M365 applications, troubleshooting authentication issues, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, PC/MAC hardware and peripheral knowledge
• Ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to the business, and business concepts to technologists
