Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or engineering related field of study.
- 2-5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer (or similar role).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (Kanban, Poka-Yoke, JIT, VSM).
- Experience with metal machining processes and tool design.
- Practical understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
