Job Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for developing and improving production equipment, processes, and methods, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Align with the Operations Manager to lead the safety of all plant operations, human resources and equipment.
- Study time, methods, and speed involved in production to establish standard workflow rate and improve efficiency.
- Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
