Requirements

• Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
• Confident in handling MS Office programs
• Knowledge of ticket system (ideally)
• ERP knowledge (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX)
• High social competence and good communication skills (also in English)
• High level of service and customer orientation
