Job Description
We are an international services company seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide customer care from order placement to invoicing, with a focus on pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector customers.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial education, e.g. in the field of office management, wholesale and foreign trade, industry or equivalent education
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Verbal and written fluency in German and English
- Communication and team skills
