We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our Customer Service department in Bechhofen near Ansbach. The job involves various tasks such as order processing, demand planning, and customer service orientation. The ideal candidate has a commercial training, several years of experience in sales/customer service, and good language skills.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of experience in sales/customer service
• Good English skills (fluent in writing and speaking) and at least good French skills (also fluent in writing and speaking)
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
