Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an analytical, self-motivated, and communicative Systems Support Engineer to provide technical support for software and hardware products, as well as the underlying IT infrastructure and partner implementation.

Requirements

• Relevant technical education
• 5+ years of experience in supporting software, firmware, and hardware
• Experience and knowledge of business networks and their ICT infrastructure (pre)
• Affinity with both hardware and software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and stress-resistant
