Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing a territory by executing Door Security Solutions’ sales strategy and utilizing company wide sales goal tools under the guidance of the Director of Sales.

Requirements

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategy for the territory in close cooperation with the Director of Sales.
• Direct others on sales goals and activities.
• Interact with and make sales calls to key decision makers and influencers in the contract hardware arena.
• Hold regular staff meetings.
• Assist with building and maintaining a high-performance team by hiring staff, evaluating and coaching employee performance, supporting appropriate training and development methods, and team building.
