Job Description
Asset Living is a third-party management firm seeking an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist to review Affordable Housing applications and ensure eligibility and compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a remote position with a travel requirement of 50% of work time annually.
Requirements
- Review of Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance
- Adherence to policies and procedures
- Monitoring changes in LIHTC regulations and requirements
- Attendance at TDHCA trainings
- Participation in tax credit reviews by outside entities
- Travel to property visits, conferences, training sessions, and other business-related activities
