EPA certifications, valid driver’s license, and flexibility with working schedule

Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist (LIHTC)
Affordable Housing compliance expertise, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proficiency in RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software
TOPS - Regional Facilities Support
Requires EPA certifications, valid driver’s license, and flexibility with working schedule
Area Manager, Affordable Housing
3+ years of experience in housing industry, Bachelor's degree preferred, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Regional Vice President, Affordable Housing
2+ years of experience as a Regional Manager in Multifamily Affordable Housing operations
Business Development Support Associate
Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, or related fields. Proposals experience within a professional services environment. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
VP, Operations
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with affordable housing programs, including but not limited to at least one of the following programs: LIHTC, HUD programs (Project-Based Section 8, Section 236, PRAC, 811 PRA), USDA-Rural Development (515), HCD, HOME Funds, and Bonds
