Job Description
Asset Living is a third-party management firm that provides maintenance support functions across multiple locations within a designated region. The Regional Facilities Support Specialist will be responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, and amenities meet the Company’s standards.
Requirements
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
