Job Description
Perform renovation and restoration tasks to maintain the aesthetic components of facilities interior and exterior. Modify and install drywall, doors, windows, ceilings, and flooring. Inspect and repair fire-rated walls and doors. Leads team of facilities technicians.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four years' experience in general construction, carpentry, fire-stopping, or painting
- Valid OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health card
