Facilities Ambulatory Senior

The Facilities Ambulatory Senior is responsible for performing renovation and restoration tasks to maintain the aesthetic components of the facilities interior and exterior. This includes modifying and installing drywall, doors, windows, ceilings and flooring, inspecting and repairing fire rated walls and doors, and performing finishing tasks. The incumbent will also lead a team of facilities technicians, mentor and train staff, and distribute work orders.
