Regional Facilities Support

Asset Living is a third-party management firm seeking a Regional Facilities Support professional to provide maintenance support functions across multiple locations within a designated region. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Requirements

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace
