TOPS Regional Facilities Support - Houston

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Facilities Support to provide maintenance support functions across multiple locations within a designated region. This role will be responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, and common areas meet the Company’s standards. The ideal candidate will have EPA certifications, valid driver’s license, and flexibility with working schedule.

Requirements

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
• Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business and deadline needs
• Ability to work a schedule during normal work hours and that may be other than Monday-Friday, 8-5
• Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace is required
