Vice President, Affordable Housing

Vice President of Affordable Housing Operations is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community portfolio, including LIHTC, HUD, and other relevant affordable regulatory programs. The role requires managing all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management.

Requirements

• 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs
• Affordable Housing Accreditation (e.g., HCCP, HCP-E, COS, BOS, TCS, CPO)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
