TOPS - Community Manager Specialist

Asset Living is seeking a TOPS Community Manager Specialist to provide short-term operational leadership to communities experiencing staffing transitions, vacancies, new acquisitions, performance needs, or stabilization efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to four years of property management experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to learn and execute all on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.
