Performance Manager

Asset Living is a third-party management firm looking for a Performance Manager to enhance employee performance and drive organizational success through comprehensive training, coaching, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in employee training, coaching, and performance management, preferably in a field-based environment
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Familiar with Asset Living’s primary property management software systems (Entrata, RealPage, and Yardi)
