Performance Manager

The Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee performance and driving organizational success through comprehensive training, coaching, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in employee training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Familiar with Asset Living’s primary property management software systems (Entrata, RealPage, and Yardi)
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus
