Business Development Support Associate

Asset Living is a third-party management firm and a proven partner in fostering thriving communities nationwide. As a Business Development Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the proposals and pursuits team, creating visually compelling pitch material, RFP responses, presentation decks, and other proposal collateral.

Requirements

• Supports regional producers and division leaders, as assigned
• Supports senior members of the global team on larger, complex RFP activities
• Reviewing proposal requirements and develop work plan, timelines, and recommended action items
• Assist in identifying winning strategies and drafting creative content that seek to differentiate what Asset Living has to offer
• Drafting, editing, formatting, and producing RFP response documents as appropriate to the opportunity, whilst also drafting content from scratch
• Work with company’s creative team to create visual elements into tailored proposals
• Supporting business development team members in preparation for client presentations
• Helping ensure all proposal opportunities are tracked with company’s CRM system
• Maintain proposal content within library management system
• Maintain content in team’s RFP playbook
• Creating proposal-related reporting
• Collaborate and support Corporate Marketing efforts
