Financial Analyst

Asset Living is a fast-growing company that seeks a Financial Analyst to join its team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for researching and preparing analysis, financial modeling, and underwriting to guide decision-making in the acquisition and business development of Asset and prospective clients. The job entails working alongside Acquisitions, Development, and Asset Management to provide general and financial modeling to analyze property performance, underwriting acquisition targets, and preparing analytical reports. The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing and proposing budgets, preparing and presenting presentation materials, and assisting with capital market activities, property asset management, and operational responsibilities.

Requirements

• Collect, analyze, and perform due diligence on new investment opportunities
• Provide general and financial modeling to analyze property performance
• Keep abreast of current industry market conditions and trends
• Underwrite acquisition targets and prepare analytical reports
• Review and propose budgets
• Prepare and present presentation materials
• Assist with capital market activities, property asset management, and operational responsibilities
• Facilitate and assist with monthly reporting, trending, forecasting, and projections
