Regional Manager

Asset Living is a third-party management firm seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community portfolio. The Regional Manager will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
• Basic computer skills required
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
