Job Description
Asset Living is a third-party management firm looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community portfolio. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. The Regional Manager will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset's company policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
