Regional Manager

Asset Living is a third-party management firm seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. The Regional Manager will manage all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
• Basic computer skills required
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
