Regional Manager

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community portfolio, managing all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
