Regional Manager

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community portfolio. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires travel and may be subject to additional compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Use consistent techniques & company directives to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff
• Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue & leasing improvement
• Develop yearly marketing plan and utilize marketing strategies & systems
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents
• Maintain property appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis
• Give direction to and monitor maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities to ensure quality and expediency
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction
• Develop and implement resident retention programs
• Travel to property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities
