The Director, Corporate Strategy will lead the strategic ideation, implementation, and execution support for AssetMark's business and culture transformation. The role will partner directly with the CEO, Executive Committee, and Functional leaders to help solve complex questions and challenges facing the company.
Requirements
- Support the strategic planning process to develop vision, mission, and long-term strategy objectives through analysis of research and data, communicating priorities and execution with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and support the enterprise corporate strategy, including synthesizing and evaluating business and function strategies, and analyzing the enterprise-level impact.
- Lead strategy setting exercises, including strategic reviews and scenario planning, and shape company-wide strategy communications and help cascade the strategy through the organization.
- Focus on the firm's most pressing strategic & growth objectives, providing rigorous analysis and insights to guide decision-making on near-term and long-term opportunities, and partnering with senior leaders to identify, refine, and prioritize the firm's highest-impact strategic and growth initiatives.
