Job Description
AssetWatch is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the creation of a 10x customer experience from the statement of work through subscription. The role requires high ownership and performance-driven execution across internal and customer-facing activities, including trial and onboarding management, kickoff and installation planning, customer training and support, and performance metrics and reporting.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in tech sales or customer success
- Demonstrable experience with software product trials or onboarding
- Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a plus
- Proficient with CRM and project management tools like Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms
