We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction to support ongoing home-building projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full lifecycle of building homes from permitting and planning to contractor coordination and execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential construction project management or home building
• Strong experience working with contractors (roofers, framers, electricians, etc.)
• Solid understanding of construction processes, timelines and sequencing
• Experience handling permits and building codes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
