Residential Project Manager

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Residential Project Manager to execute projects' design, collaborate with a team, and coordinate with outside partners. The role is responsible for the project's overall success from budgeting to delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction management experience required
• High-end residential construction experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, preferred
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
• Technical experience with motorized shading, lighting controls, or light fixtures preferred
• Experience with Adobe Suite required
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently
