Residential Project Manager

Residential Project Manager will execute project design, collaborate with designers, installers, and programmers, and coordinate with outside partners. This role is responsible for the project's overall success from budgeting to delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction management experience
• High-end residential construction experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, preferred
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
• Technical experience with motorized shading, lighting controls, or light fixtures preferred
• Experience with Adobe Suite required
