Residential Project Manager

Residential Project Manager will be responsible for executing a project's design, collaborating with designers, installers, and programmers, and coordinating with outside partners. The role is pivotal in a project's overall success from budgeting to delivery and programming.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction management experience
• High-end residential construction experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, preferred
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
• Technical experience with motorized shading, lighting controls, or light fixtures preferred
• Experience with Adobe Suite required
